General Hospital and lived in Eastport and Annapolis until he graduated from the United States Naval Academy.<\/span>\u202f\u202f\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n A qualified Surface Warfare Officer, Frank transitioned into Navy public affairs, serving in roles of increasing responsibility as the spokesperson <\/span>for th<\/span>e Chief of Naval Operations and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.\u202f Achieving the rank of Rear Admiral, Frank served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense and ultimately as the spokesperson for the United States Navy as the Chief of Information<\/span>.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Following his 28-year Navy career, Frank worked in the corporate world for a short time until he returned to service-related roles as Chief Marketing Officer for USO Worldwide and most recently as President and CEO of the United States Navy Memorial.\u202f Upon leaving the Navy Memorial after eight years in June of 2024, Frank was
